Please read through to avoid future misunderstandings. Don't say you weren't warned! ;)

2. All Tasty Cherry Chapstick goodies are new and in perfect condition.
3. Colour of item may vary slightly according to screen resolution and lighting during the photo shoot.
4. Sizes are a rough estimation (we follow UK sizes). Email us for exact measurements.
5. Delivery is not added into the price unless mentioned.
6. Emails will be replied in the span of 48 hours.
7. Requests for "free delivery" or "got discount ah" or "is this the best price you can give me" will not be entertained.
   
8. Reservations are allowed but will be released after 2 days.
9. Order will only be confirmed when you have filled in with the proper Order Form.
   
10. We reserve the right to sell the item to the next customer in line if you have not confirmed in 2 days.
11. We reserve the right to refuse your orders if you are in our list of blacklisted customers.
    
12. Payment for items will have to be made via Maybank transfer or Paypal within the span of 3 days after confirmation.
13. Full payment must be done before item is restocked.
14. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage in the process of delivery via Pos Malaysia, so NO REFUNDS.
15. Items sold are not returnable or exchangeable unless it is by errors on our part.

Now on the case of BACKOUT BUYERS.



We simply assume that you may be worried we might cast a spell on you turning you into a toad if you tell us you're not interested in the item. So the following instructions are for the backout buyers of the world.

1. DO NOT send in your Order Form yet. This way, your order would not be confirmed and we would regard you as a mere enquirer of the item.
2. 3 days are an awfully long time to think about an article of clothing. Make your decision fast.
3. Let us know if you are not interested in the item after 2 days.

From here on out, those who leave us hanging with an order will be included in our Black List. We hope you understand.
